When Sean was asked what stood out as a moment that showed the hard work and training he was doing was having an impact, he pointed to seeing his times for 10 and 20 yards dropping. More importantly was when he started to hear comments from other players on the team asking what he was doing. At that point he knew he was reaping the benefits of his hard work in the House of Speed program.
Finally I asked Sean what he would say to other athletes who are considering House of Speed. His response was very honest and hits home for athletes looking to take the next step. “I recommend House of Speed but only if you are willing to work hard to improve. You have to have the mindset that you want to get better and put the effort in to get yourself there. It was fun and I consistently looked forward to the training because I knew it was going to help me improve. It is a tremendous workout and if you work, you are going to get better.”
