Ben is one of our newer trainers on staff. Ben excelled in football and lacrosse in high school. He found that lacrosse was to be his focus in athletics. He went on to play lacrosse for Shenandoah University where he amassed 101 points in his four years, as well as being ranked second in the nation in Division III Men’s lacrosse for face-off win percentage in the 2007-2008 season.
He graduated from Shenandoah University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise sciences as well as, a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. Ben served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Coach for the Shenandoah University Men’s Lacrosse team in the 2008-2009 season.
Ben’s credentials include being a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and he is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
Ben truly has a passion for working with athletes of all levels and driving them to reach the next stage of competition and attaining their goals. Ben builds programs and trains each athlete to become more explosive, stronger, and quicker. He instills his passion for athletics and the drive to improve with all of the athletes he works with at House of Speed.
